In these workshops, you will experience a combination of pilates core strengthening, Fascial Stretch Therapy, yoga, and diaphragmatic breathing, and learn new practices that will raise their productivity level while interacting with others from a more mindful place.
• Work Smarter Not Harder – Sharing Best Practices. This workshop will encourage participants to share their best strategies in handling a demanding case load without suffering from burnout, all the while building meaningful partnerships, keeping on top of targets, and most importantly, keeping happy and motivated.
• Evil Thinking – How Evil Thinking Ruins Your Life. Hosted by Dan Walmsley, this hilarious workshop will give participants the chance to rediscover their intuitive, creative selves through interactive games and lively discussions.
