Futures is Canada's largest annual professional development opportunity for professionals working with young people seeking employment. The conference is a three-day event, attracting 375 delegates from 100 youth employment counseling centres, colleges, the private and public sectors, as well as other community-based organizations. Through facilitated networking sessions, fun social events, and a schedule that allows teams to spend time together, you and your staff will leave the conference a stronger, more knowledgeable and connected team. Last year, over 80% of delegates attended with 3 or more colleagues. They returned to their communities rededicated to their common cause.
