The Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities recently announced a new category for the upcoming EO Leadership Awards. The EO Leadership Awards recognizes and honours the work of EO service providers that introduces creative approaches or partnerships to providing high-quality employment and training services to clients.

David Fulford, Assistant Deputy Minister of the Employment and Training Division, made this announcement through a letter recently released to the Employment Ontario network. Customer Service is the new category added to this year’s EO Leadership Awards. The Customer Service category is intended to acknowledge service providers who have delivered exemplary levels of service that takes into account the challenges facing clients that has resulted in a meaningful impact with positive and measurable outcomes. The last day to submit nominations for the EO Leadership Awards is March 24^th, 2016. The awards ceremony will be held on Monday, May 2^nd, 2016.
